Picking Turnip Greens at the Old Barn...

This year's turnip greens were delicious straight out of the garden and into my mouth. Organic and wonderful...

I know I will be picking more of these beauties over the holiday weekend...

 Fresh turnip greens mixed with slices of sweet onions, simmered for a while are absolutely delicious! I love these greens fresh in salads, prepared for omelettes, combined with other greens in pasta or alone...greens. Delicious. Healthy. Wonderful.
